In Puerto Rico, many children have been going missing and then found dead. Everyone is terrified and won't let their children go out to play. The police will try anything possible to find this serial murderer, even using as bait a coveted girl worth more than fifteen million dollars.
At the dawn of the new milennium, allied nations computer systems could collapse because of the year 2000 (Y2K) bug and be reprogrammed by corrupt Federal Agents via the internet.
