J. Scott Bronson was born on June 26, 1958 in San Diego, California. He studied theatre at San Diego Mesa Jr. College and Brigham Young University. While at BYU, he was associated with the Writer/Director/Actor workshop as a writer three times and as a director once. He also broke into acting while a student at BYU. He has acted in many stage, television, and film productions.
