David Wayne McCharen (April 16, 1950; 73 years old) is a Japanese-American actor. Most of his credits are as miscellaneous or additional voices in various films and video games. His most prominent role remains that of the voice of Shredder in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze.
