Connar Brown was born in Chicago, Illinois, though lived in Tokyo, Japan starting at the young age of five. She went to school at the International School of the Sacred Heart where she started performing in school productions. She continued acting when she moved to the UK, and attended The American School in London, and then moved back to the United States, and finished high school at The Atlanta International School in Atlanta, Georgia. She graduated Columbia College Chicago with a B.A. in acting and a double minor in video production, and voiceover.
