In this musical journey, gospel music's finest voices gather for a concert on the ship's deck to celebrate and to worship the Creator of all this beauty. Your host, Bill Gaither, also gives you a glimpse into many of the off-stage moments during the cruise, as the Homecoming family shared meals, storytelling, laughter, and as always, singing!
William (Bill) J. Gaither was born in Alexandria, Indiana in 1936 Bill Gaither is an American singer and songwriter of southern gospel and contemporary Christian music. He has written numerous popular Christian songs with his wife, Gloria. He is also known for performing as part of the Bill Gaither Trio, and the Gaither Vocal Band. In the 1990s he, with the help of southern gospel and contemporary artists started the popular "Homecoming Series".
